Turnkey Event Production in Montréal
One partner, one invoice, one point of contact — from initial concept and design through execution and strike.
Coordinating four suppliers who each blame the others is not a production plan. Turnkey means S.E.S owns the entire technical side of your event: sound, lighting, video, staging, rigging, power, crew and schedule, delivered by one team under one contract. You get a single project manager who knows every detail, and a single invoice at the end instead of a reconciliation exercise.
We start by understanding the event rather than the equipment list. What is the objective, who is in the room, what has to be remembered afterwards? From there we produce a technical design, a floor plan, a run of show and a budget with clear options, so you can decide where to invest and where to simplify. We handle venue liaison in Montréal and across Québec — load-in windows, union rules, building power, permits and insurance certificates — and coordinate with your caterer, decorator, AV content producers and speakers.
During the event, our crew runs the show from a unified control position with a technical director calling cues, so speaker transitions, video rolls, lighting states and award moments happen on time. Rehearsals are built into the schedule rather than squeezed in. Afterwards, we strike the room on your timeline, return it to the venue's standard, and hand you a debrief that makes next year's edition easier to plan.
This has been our approach since 1996, and it is why clients come back edition after edition — over 1,000 events delivered, from four-day street festivals and international assemblies to intimate fundraising galas. Turnkey suits organisations without an internal production team, associations running annual conferences, corporate marketing teams, foundations and municipalities that want one accountable partner for the whole build.
