A typical setup starts with two to six cameras: a wide, a presenter camera and roaming or robotic units for audience and detail shots. Our video director switches the program live, mixing in slides and pre-recorded segments. Audio comes from the sound system as a dedicated mix rather than a room microphone, so the stream is clear even when the room is loud. Graphics, lower-thirds and sponsor bumpers are prepared in advance and triggered on cue.

Connectivity is where most streams fail, so we plan it deliberately. We test the venue's bandwidth ahead of time, bring bonded cellular or a secondary circuit for redundancy, and run the encoder with failover so a dropped connection does not end the broadcast. We publish to whatever platform you use — YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Teams, Zoom, or a private event portal — and can restream to several destinations at once. Recordings are captured locally in full quality for post-event editing and on-demand libraries.
