Event Lighting Design in Montréal

We create lighting plots that shape attention, atmosphere and brand identity — from a single keynote wash to a full festival rig.

Lighting is what turns a room into a venue. Our designers build plots that guide the eye, flatter people on camera and give a production its emotional arc. That might mean a warm, low-contrast wash for a fundraising gala where guests need to read a menu and see each other, or a high-contrast moving-light package for a product launch where the reveal has to land in a single cue.

Every project starts with the room and the run of show. We review the venue's ceiling height, rigging points, power availability and sightlines, then draft a plot with fixture positions, focus notes and a channel list. For Montréal venues we work in — hotels, convention halls, museums, churches and outdoor sites — we already know the constraints, which shortens load-in and avoids surprises with building management.

Our inventory covers moving heads, LED wash and profile fixtures, static uplights for architectural colour, followspots, haze, and battery-powered wireless uplighting for heritage rooms where cable runs are not allowed. Everything is controlled from programmable consoles, and a lighting director pre-programs cues so that speaker changes, video rolls and award announcements happen on time rather than on the fly. For hybrid and broadcast events, we balance colour temperature and levels specifically for camera, so the stream looks as good as the room.

This service suits corporate conferences, galas and awards nights, concerts and festivals, weddings and private celebrations, sporting events, and permanent architectural accents. We can supply lighting on its own, or integrate it with sound, video and staging so that one team owns the whole look of the event across Québec.
