Some spaces need AV every week, not once a year. For those rooms, renting is the wrong answer — a properly specified permanent installation is faster to use, cheaper over time and far more reliable. We design, install and commission integrated systems in Montréal and across Québec, and because we also run live events, we specify equipment that survives real-world daily use rather than showroom conditions.
The process begins with a needs analysis. We sit down with the people who will actually operate the room and map out what has to happen on a normal day: a hybrid meeting that starts in thirty seconds, a service with three wireless microphones and a livestream, a training room that splits into two. From there we produce drawings, signal flow diagrams, an equipment schedule and a budget, and coordinate with your architect, electrician and IT team on conduit, power and network requirements before walls close.
Installation is done by our own technicians, with labelled cabling, documented racks and clean sightlines for displays and loudspeakers. We commission every system: tuning DSP for the room's acoustics, programming the control interface so that the touch panel has a small number of obvious buttons, and testing conferencing, streaming and presentation workflows end to end. Training sessions are included, along with as-built documentation and configuration backups so a future change never requires reverse-engineering.
