Stage & Rigging Rental for Events in Montréal
Custom stage builds, risers, decks and certified rigging for indoor and outdoor venues across Montréal and Québec.
A stage does more than raise performers off the floor. It sets sightlines, defines the visual frame of your event and carries the weight of everything hung above it. We build stages sized to the room and the show — a low riser for a panel of four, a 40-foot festival deck with a roof and wind ratings, or a runway and satellite platforms for an awards evening.
Structural planning comes first. Our team reviews the venue's floor loading, ceiling height, anchor points and egress routes, then produces a layout with dimensions, heights, stair and ramp positions, and a rigging plot showing every point with its calculated load. Outdoor builds in Québec add weather planning: ballast, wind management and a documented threshold at which the roof is cleared, which is exactly the kind of detail that keeps a municipal permit on track.
On site, our crews assemble decking, skirting, guardrails, stairs and accessibility ramps, then hang truss, lighting, LED walls and speaker arrays from certified motors and hardware. Everything is installed by trained technicians and verified before any load goes up. We also handle backline positioning, cable management and cover so that the finished stage looks intentional rather than improvised — clean lines, hidden cabling and a front edge that photographs well.
This service suits festivals and street events, corporate general sessions, galas and fashion shows, sporting events, houses of worship and community productions. Because we also supply sound, lighting and video, the rigging plan is designed around the actual production rather than adjusted after the fact, which saves time on load-in day and avoids conflicts between departments.
