We start with a coverage study. Our team models the venue, plots line array hangs or ground-stacked positions, and calculates delay rings for long or oddly shaped rooms. Outdoors we also account for noise bylaws and neighbouring buildings, which matters in dense Montréal boroughs where sound pressure at the property line is part of the permit. Indoors we deal with the reflective glass-and-concrete surfaces common in convention spaces and hotels, using directional arrays and careful EQ rather than raw volume.

On show day the system is deployed, aligned with measurement software and time-aligned to the stage before doors open. Wireless microphones are frequency-coordinated against the local Montréal RF environment so that lavaliers, handhelds and in-ear monitors stay clean even when a dozen channels are live at once. Our engineers run soundchecks with your presenters, musicians or interpreters, and stay on-site through the event with spare capsules, batteries and a backup console path ready.
