LED Walls & Event Video Production in Montréal
LED walls, projection mapping, IMAG switching and content playback — from a single screen to multi-surface immersive environments.
Video is how a large audience actually sees your event. A speaker on a stage disappears past the fifteenth row unless there is image magnification, and a sponsor logo only registers when it is displayed at the right size, brightness and moment. We build video systems that make content legible and cues reliable, whether the deliverable is a 3-metre LED wall behind a panel or a mapped projection across a heritage façade in Old Montréal.
Our LED inventory covers fine and standard pixel pitches for indoor and outdoor use, assembled on ground-support or flown from certified rigging. For projection we spec lumen output against ambient light, throw distance and screen gain, and use blending and warping when the surface is curved or irregular. Every system is fed from a redundant playback and switching setup so a failed laptop never becomes a blank screen in front of your audience.
In the control position, our video director runs camera switching for IMAG, cuts between presenter cameras and slides, triggers lower-thirds and sponsor loops, and manages confidence monitors so speakers can see their own deck. We handle the presentation intake process too — collecting decks, checking aspect ratios and fonts, and rehearsing transitions with your presenters before doors. For hybrid formats, the same switch feeds the streaming encoder, so remote attendees get the exact program the room sees.
This service suits corporate conferences and AGMs, galas and awards shows, product launches, festivals and sporting events, and any gathering across Québec where the audience is larger than the room's natural sightlines allow. If you already have content producers, we work directly with them on formats and delivery deadlines.
