Festivals are unforgiving: one load-in window, no rehearsal, weather that changes at 4 p.m., and a lineup that has to start on time. S.E.S has supplied Montréal festivals and concert stages for three decades, including multi-year runs like F1 on Crescent and the Montreal Ukrainian Festival.
We bring the full stage package — line array PA and monitors, a lighting rig on truss, LED screens, power distribution and the staging or roof itself — plus a crew that knows how to turn over acts quickly and keep the day on schedule.
Outdoor work has its own demands: generators and distros sized correctly, cable ramps across pedestrian paths, weather covers, and rigging plans that satisfy the city and the venue. We handle those details before they become problems on show day.

Festival production questions
- Do you supply the stage as well as the sound?
- Yes. We can provide modular staging, risers, truss, ground support and rigging along with the audio, lighting and video, so the whole stage comes from one supplier.
- Can you handle outdoor power?
- Yes. We size and supply distros, Camlock feeds, generators and cable protection for outdoor sites, and we coordinate with the venue or the city on electrical requirements.
- What happens if it rains?
- We plan for it: weather covers over consoles and dimmers, protected cable paths, and a call procedure with the promoter for wind and rain limits.
- Do you travel outside Montréal?
- Yes. We regularly serve events across Québec and into Ontario, with trucks, crew and accommodation planned into the quote.
